Congratulations to our 2011 Hall of Fame Winners!

Buck Kelly and Bob Rogers

Buck Kelly

Buck Kelly started working for Snow Tire in Athens, GA in 1966. Three years later Buck purchased Snow Tire and continued to manage and operate the business until he passed away in 1991.

Buck was heavily involved in the National Tire Dealers & Retreaders Association and the Georgia Tire Dealers & Retreaders Association. He served terms as the President on the Board of Directors. Buck was also one of the founders of the GTDRA Scholarship Foundation which continues to thrive today.

Buck volunteered in the Athens community and was always willing to help someone in need.

Bob Rogers

Bob Rogers worked in the tire industry for over 30 years. He started working in the Atlanta area as an Assistant manager of a Goodyear store and in 1980 Bob bought Mableton Car Care Center.

Bob was a committed member of both the Metro Atlanta Tire Dealers Association as well as the Georgia Tire Dealers Association. He served for many years as either President, Director, or Treasurer of Georgia Tire Dealers, always filling in when an opening occurred.

Bob was also active in other organizations such as the Mableton Business Association and the Mason's.
